Mishkat al-Masabih 403 — The Issue of Reciting Bismillah at the Time
وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
Ahmad and Abu Dawud transmitted it from Abu Huraira, and they added at the beginning, “He who has not performed ablution is not credited with observing prayer”.
