It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed the large-eyed houris (of Paradise) will sing in Paradise, saying these words (in their songs): 'Nahnu khayyiratun hisanun khubbi'na li-azwajin kiram' (We are wives of the best qualities, exceedingly beautiful, who have been specially kept safe (behind the veil of the unseen) for noble and honoured husbands)."
Imam Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili recorded this hadith in his "Musnad"; although the names of some narrators in its chain are not stated explicitly, its meaning is established by the supporting evidence of other authentic hadith.
