وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ : يَزِيدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْحَاجِبُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ شَيْخًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ يَقُولُ : قَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنَفَةً ، وَإِنَّ أَنَفَةَ الصَّلَاةِ : التَّكْبِيرَةُ الْأُولَى ، فَحَافِظُوا عَلَيْهَا .
قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ : فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ رَجَاءَ بْنَ حَيْوَةَ ، فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا .
إِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ : فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ رَجَاءَ بْنَ حَيْوَةَ ، فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا .
إِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, everything has a beginning (an opening part), and indeed the beginning of the prayer is the first takbir (the opening takbir), so guard it and keep to it."
Abu Ubayd said: I narrated this hadith to Raja' bin Haywah, and he said: Umm al-Darda' narrated this hadith to me from Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with them both).
Its chain is hasan (good).
