قَالَ الْحَارِثُ : ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَبِيبَةَ ، ثَنَا جِسْرُ بْنُ فَرْقَدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : حَيَاتِي خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ، تُحَدِّثُونَ وَيُحَدَّثُ لَكُمْ ، وَمَوْتِي خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ، تُعْرَضُ عَلَيَّ أَعْمَالُكُمْ ، فَمَا كَانَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ حَمِدْتُ اللهَ عَلَيْهِ ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ اسْتَغْفَرْتُ اللهَ لَكُمْ .
( 163 ) حَدِيثُ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ فِي شَعَرِ نَاصِيَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فِي مَنَاقِبِ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ .
( 163 ) حَدِيثُ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ فِي شَعَرِ نَاصِيَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فِي مَنَاقِبِ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ .
It is narrated from Bakr bin Abdullah al-Muzani (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My life is entirely good for you: you speak to me and it is spoken to you (through revelation). And my death is also good for you: your deeds will be presented to me, so whatever good deed I find, I will praise Allah Almighty for it, and whatever is otherwise (in the form of sin), I will seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty for you."
