قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ ، ثَنَا الْأَفْرِيقِيُّ ، ثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، مِنْ أَهْلِ دِمَشْقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ شِرَارَ أُمَّتِي الَّذِينَ غُذُّوا بِالنَّعِيمِ وَنَبَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْسَامُهُمْ " .
3166 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ ، بِهِ .
3166 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ هُوَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهُوَ الْمُقْرِئُ بِهِ .
وَقَالَ : تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَارَةُ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَ بِمَنَاكِيرَ عَنْ مَجَاهِيلَ .
3166 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ ، بِهِ .
3166 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ هُوَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهُوَ الْمُقْرِئُ بِهِ .
وَقَالَ : تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَارَةُ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَ بِمَنَاكِيرَ عَنْ مَجَاهِيلَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The worst people of my ummah are those who were raised in luxury and comfort, and whose bodies grew and developed upon it."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it from Umarah through the route of Harun bin Ma'ruf, Abu Abd al-Rahman and Abd al-Rahman; while Imam al-Bazzar transmitted it through Muhammad bin Ma'mar and Abdullah bin Yazid al-Muqri and stated explicitly: "Umarah is alone in narrating this report, and Abd al-Rahman (al-Ifriqi) narrates munkar (rejected) reports from unknown narrators."
