وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ ، حَدَّثَنِي حَفْصُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ النَّسَائِيُّ ، وَكَانَ مِنْ أَعْبَدِ النَّاسِ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا حَدَّثَ الرَّجُلُ ، ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ ، فَهُوَ أَمَانَةٌ " .
لَهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man tells (someone) something and then turns and looks around (to make sure that no third person is listening), then that matter is a trust (with the listener)."
