قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ : خَرَجْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَأَخْرَجَ مَعَهُ نِسَاءَهُ ، قَالَتْ : وَكَانَ مَتَاعِي فِيهِ خِفٌّ ، وَكَانَ عَلَى جَمَلٍ نَاجٍ ، وَكَانَ مَتَاعُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ حُيَيٍّ فِيهِ ثِقَلٌ الْحَدِيثَ ، وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي كِتَابِ النِّكَاحِ .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the journey of the Farewell Hajj, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) also took his other pure wives with him. My provisions and travel baggage were quite light and were loaded on a swift, noble camel, whereas the travel baggage of Sayyidah Safiyyah bint Huyayy (may Allah be pleased with her) was quite heavy and burdensome.
