قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ يُحَلِّلُهَا ، قَالَ : " هُمَا زَانِيَانِ ، وَإِنْ مَكَثَا عَشْرَ سِنِينَ ، أَوْ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً ، إِذَا أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَهَا لِذَلِكَ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning a man who marries a woman with the aim of making her lawful (for her former husband) that he said: "They are both fornicators, even if they remain together for ten years or twenty years, since he married her only for that purpose."
