وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا اجْتَمَعَ أَمْرَانِ قَطُّ ، إِلَّا كَانَ أَحَبُّهُمَا إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى أَيْسَرَهُمَا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Never have two matters (or options) come together except that the more beloved of the two to Allah Almighty was the easier of them."
