وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَجْرِ - يَعْنِي اشْتِرَاءَ مَا فِي الْأَرْحَامِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade bay' al-majr, that is, buying and selling what is (still) in the wombs.
