حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - سُئِلَ عَنْ بَعِيرٍ بِبَعِيرَيْنِ نَسِيئَةً ، فَقَالَ : الزِّيَادَةُ يَصْلُحُ بَعْضُهَا بِبَعْضٍ ، فَأَمَّا لَحْمٌ مَوْضُوعٌ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Yahya narrated through Hisham and Yahya bin Abi Kathir from a person who heard Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) being asked about selling one camel for two camels on credit, and he said: "This excess is permissible, because some of it is validly exchanged for some; as for meat that has been slaughtered and set out, there is no harm in exchanging it."
