وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا يَغُلُّ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ رُوحُ بْنُ صَلَاحٍ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَالْحَاكِمُ وَضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ رُوحُ بْنُ صَلَاحٍ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَالْحَاكِمُ وَضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A believer does not embezzle (from the spoils of war)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Rawh bin Salah, whom Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim (may Allah have mercy on him) declared thiqah (trustworthy), while Ibn Adi called him da'if (weak). The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
