Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 97

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the Most Merciful there is a tablet containing three hundred and fifteen laws (shari'ahs). The Most Merciful says: 'By My honour and majesty! Whichever of My servants does not associate anyone as a partner with Me, whichever of these he acts upon, he will enter Paradise.'"
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Rashid, who is da'if (weak).
