وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - قَالَ : إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى لَيُؤَيِّدُ هَذَا الدِّينَ بِالرَّجُلِ الْفَاجِرِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ عَاصِمُ بْنُ أَبِي النَّجُودِ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Indeed Allah Almighty will support this religion through a sinful man.
