بَابٌ فِيمَا تَحْصُلُ بِهِ الشَّهَادَةُ

Majma al-Zawaid 9558 — The means by which martyrdom is attained
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ صُرِعَ عَنْ دَابَّتِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever falls from his mount and dies is a martyr."
Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
