وَعَنْ أَبِي هِنْدٍ - رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَثَلُ الْمُجَاهِدِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مَثَلُ الصَّائِمِ الْقَانِتِ لَا يَفْتُرُ مِنْ صِيَامٍ وَلَا صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hind (may Allah be pleased with him), who was one of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The likeness of the one who strives in the way of Allah is that of a fasting person who performs voluntary prayers and does not pause in his fasting, his prayer or his charity."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi al-Zinad, who is da'if (weak).
