وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا - كَانَ يَخْضِبُ بِالسَّوَادِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِنْ طُرُقٍ أُخْرَى ، وَهَذِهِ أَصَحُّهَا وَرِجَالُهُمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to dye with black.
