وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " غَيِّرُوا الشَّيْبَ ، وَإِنَّ أَحْسَنَ مَا غَيَّرْتُمْ بِهِ الشَّيْبَ الْحِنَّاءُ ، وَالْكَتَمُ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Change the white (of your hair), and the best thing with which you change it is henna and katam."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Sa'id bin Bashir, who is thiqah (trustworthy), though there is weakness in him.
