وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ شَابَ شَيْبَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ كَانَتْ لَهُ نُورًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ طَرِيفُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ : لَا يُتَابَعُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ طَرِيفُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ : لَا يُتَابَعُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever grows old in Islam (that is, whose hair turns white), it will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Tarif bin Zayd. Al-Uqayli said: He is not corroborated in this hadith.
