Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8731

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to wear a ring on his right hand. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Abu Dawud recorded this hadith from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to wear a ring on his left hand.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
