بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَشْرَبُ مِنَ الْعَصِيرِ الْحُلْوِ وَنَحْوِهِ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أُتِيَ بِنَبِيذٍ فَشَرِبَ مِنْهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ هُودُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Nabidh was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) drank from it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Hud bin Ata, and he is da'if (weak).
