عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " سَيِّدُ الْإِدَامِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ اللَّحْمُ ، وَسَيِّدُ الشَّرَابِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ الْمَاءُ ، وَسَيِّدُ الرَّيَاحِينِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ الْقَنَاعَةُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُبَيَّةَ الْقَطَّانُ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ .

Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The chief of condiments in this world and the Hereafter is meat; the chief of drinks in this world and the Hereafter is water; and the thing that brings comfort in this world and the Hereafter is contentment."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Sa'id bin Ubayyah al-Qattan, and I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy), and some of them have been criticised in a way that does no harm.
