عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنِ الشُّرْبِ قَائِمًا ، وَعَنِ الْأَكْلِ قَائِمًا ، وَعَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ ، وَالْجَلَّالَةِ ، وَالشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ وَغَيْرِهِ بَعْضُهُ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ الْأَكْلُ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى بِاخْتِصَارٍ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade drinking while standing, eating while standing, (eating) the mujaththamah, and the jallalah (the meat of an animal that eats filth), and drinking from the mouth of a waterskin. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Part of this report is mentioned in the "Sahih" and in other books, but it does not mention eating.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and Abu Ya'la recorded it in abridged form. Its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy) and are the narrators of the Sahih, except for al-Mughirah bin Muslim, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
