عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : لَمَّا كَانَتْ صَبِيحَةُ احْتَلَمْتُ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ : " لَا تَدْخُلْ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ " فَمَا أَتَى عَلَيَّ يَوْمٌ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ زُفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ لَا يَضُرُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the morning after I had my first wet dream, I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and told him about it. He said: "From now on you shall not go in to the women." (Sayyiduna Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, says:) No day ever came upon me that was harder than that day.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Zufar bin Sulayman, who is thiqah (trustworthy), though there is a weakness in him that does no harm. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
