Book of Marriage
بَابٌ فِيمَنْ وَطِئَ امْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا .

وَعَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ : جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَكُونُ بِالْبَادِيَةِ وَتَكُونُ مِنْ أَحَدِنَا الرُّوَيْحَةُ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ إِذَا فَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ ، وَلَا تَأْتُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَعْجَازِهِنَّ " . وَقَالَ مَرَّةً : " فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَصْحَابُ السُّنَنِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ طَلْقٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَصْحَابُ السُّنَنِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ طَلْقٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A Bedouin came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, we live in the desert, and a little wind passes from one of us. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, Allah Almighty is not shy of the truth. When this happens to one of you, he should perform ablution (wudu). And do not have relations with women in their back passages (here the narrator once reported one word differently).
Ahmad recorded it as a hadith of Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy). The authors of the Sunan recorded it as a narration of Sayyiduna Ali bin Talq al-Hanafi (may Allah be pleased with him).
