عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَنِ اتَّخَذَ مِنَ الْخَدَمِ غَيْرَ مَا يَنْكِحُ ، ثُمَّ بَغَيْنَ فَعَلَيْهِ مِثْلُ آثَامِهِنَّ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْتَقِصَ مِنْ آثَامِهِنَّ شَيْئًا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ ، وَلَمْ يُدْرِكْهُ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .

Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever keeps servants (i.e. slave girls) without marriage, and they then commit fornication, upon him will be the like of their sins, without anything being reduced from the sins of those slave girls."
Al-Bazzar recorded it via Ata' bin Yasar from Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him), although he did not meet him. Its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know.
