بَابٌ فِيمَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ حَاجَةٌ .

عَنْ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ حَاجَةً فَلْيَأْتِهَا ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى تَنُّورٍ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى لَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ : " إِذَا دَعَا الرَّجُلُ زَوْجَتَهُ لِحَاجَتِهِ فَلْتَأْتِهِ ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى تَنُّورٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ الْيَمَانِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى لَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ : " إِذَا دَعَا الرَّجُلُ زَوْجَتَهُ لِحَاجَتِهِ فَلْتَأْتِهِ ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى تَنُّورٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ الْيَمَانِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ .
Sayyiduna Talq bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man feels desire for his wife, he should go to her, even if she is at the oven."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam al-Tirmidhi recorded from him
this narration: "When a man calls his wife for intimacy, she should go to him, even if she is at the oven at that time."
Imam Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Jabir al-Yamani, who is da'if (weak), and more than one person has declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
