وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا تَزَوَّجَ فَاطِمَةَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِبَدَنٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) married Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) in return for an iron coat of mail.
