وَعَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ : كَانَتْ جُوَيْرِيَةُ مِلْكَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَأَعْتَقَهَا وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا وَعَتَقَ كُلَّ أَسِيرٍ مِنْ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مُرْسَلًا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Imam al-Sha'bi narrates: Sayyidah Juwayriyah (may Allah be pleased with her) was a bondwoman owned by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) freed her and made her freedom her dowry, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) freed every captive of Banu al-Mustaliq (or: made the freedom of Banu al-Mustaliq her dowry).
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it as a "mursal" report, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
