وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الصَّامِتِ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا يُذْهِبُ عَنِّي مَذَمَّةَ الرَّضَاعِ ؟ قَالَ : " وَصْفُ غُرَّةِ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "O Messenger of Allah! What thing can remove from me the obligation (madhammah) of breastfeeding (that is, the right owed because of it)?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Giving a slave or a slave woman."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; the narrator Ishaq bin Yahya did not meet the time of Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him); the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
