وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَحْرُمُ الْعَنْقَةُ " قُلْنَا : وَمَا الْعَنْقَةُ ؟ قَالَ : " الْمَرْأَةُ تَلِدُ فَيَحْضَرُ اللَّبَنُ فِي ثَدْيِهَا فَتُرْضِعُ جَارَتَهَا الْمَرَّةَ وَالْمَرَّتَيْنِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "'Anqah' does not establish prohibition." We asked: "What is meant by 'anqah'?" He explained: "A woman gives birth, milk comes into her breast, and then she suckles a girl near her once or twice."
