وَعَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ : قِيلَ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ : حَدِّثْ بِمَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - . فَقَالَ : سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ : " لَا تَحِلُّ بِنْتُ الْأَخِ ، وَلَا بِنْتُ الْأُخْتِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Abu Ja'far narrates: It was said to Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him): "Narrate a hadith that you heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." He said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A niece through breastfeeding, whether a brother's daughter or a sister's daughter, is not lawful (to marry)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Jabir al-Ju'fi, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy.
