بَابٌ فِيمَنْ خَفَّفَ عَنْ عَامِلِهِ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 7237 — One who lightens the work of his labourer
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَا خَفَّفْتَ عَنْ عَامِلِكَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ ، فَإِنَّ أَجْرَهُ فِي مَوَازِينِكَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى . وَعَمْرٌو هَذَا قَالَ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ : لَمْ يَرَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - . فَإِنْ كَانَ كَذَلِكَ فَالْحَدِيثُ مُرْسَلٌ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا عَمْرٌو .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى . وَعَمْرٌو هَذَا قَالَ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ : لَمْ يَرَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - . فَإِنْ كَانَ كَذَلِكَ فَالْحَدِيثُ مُرْسَلٌ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا عَمْرٌو .
Sayyiduna Amr bin Hurayth (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whatever you lighten for your worker of his work, its reward will be in your scales."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. About this narrator named Amr, Yahya bin Ma'in said: He did not see the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). If that is so, then
this narration is mursal, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Amr.
