بَابٌ : لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي إِلَّا وَهُوَ شَبْعَانُ رَيَّانُ .
The judge should only judge when he has eaten and drunk his fill

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ إِلَّا وَهُوَ شَبْعَانُ رَيَّانُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ كَذَّابٌ . وَقَالَ : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ كَذَّابٌ . وَقَالَ : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The judge should give judgment between two people only when he is full and his thirst is quenched."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Qasim bin Abdullah bin Umar, who is matruk (abandoned) and a kadhdhab (liar). He (al-Tabarani) said: From the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him),
