Majma al-Zawaid 6964 — There is no vow in disobedience; a vow is only

Ali bin Zayd bin Jud'an narrated: Sayyiduna Safwan bin al-Mu'attal (may Allah be pleased with him) vowed that he would strike Sayyiduna Hassan bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) a blow with the sword.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. The narrator Ali bin Zayd has been criticised, but his hadith is hasan (good).
This narration is mursal (missing the Companion link), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
