وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنِ النَّذْرِ وَأَمَرَنَا بِالْوَفَاءِ بِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحَدِهِمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making vows, and he ordered us to fulfil them.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir with two chains; the narrators of one of them are the narrators of the Sahih.
