وَعَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : أَمَرَ الْحُسَيْنُ مُنَادِيًا ، فَنَادَى : أَلَّا يُقْبِلَ مَعَنَا رَجُلٌ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي ضَمِنَتْ دَيْنِي ؟ فَقَالَ حُسَيْنٌ : وَمَا ضَمَانُ امْرَأَةٍ ؟ ! رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ؛ قَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : لَا يُعْرَفُ .
Musa bin Umayr narrates from his father: Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered a caller, and he announced: "No man who owes any debt should come with us." A man said: "My wife stands as guarantor for my debt." Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "What is the worth of a woman's guarantee?"
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Musa bin Umayr. Imam al-Dhahabi says: He is not known.
