وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " دَخَلَ رَجُلٌ الْجَنَّةَ ، فَرَأَى عَلَى بَابِهَا مَكْتُوبًا : الصَّدَقَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا ، وَالْقَرْضُ بِثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُتْبَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ؛ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُتْبَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ؛ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A man was about to enter Paradise when he saw written on the gate of Paradise: The reward of charity is tenfold, and the reward of a loan is eighteenfold."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Utbah bin Humayd, whom Ibn Hibban and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), and there is weakness in him.
