عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ بَحْرُ بْنُ كَنِيزٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling weapons in times of tribulation (fitnah).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Bahr bin Kaniz, who is matruk (abandoned).
