يَأْتِي فِي كِتَابِ الْعِتْقِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى .

وَعَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ فَرَّقَ فَلَيْسَ " . قَالَ : أَشَدُّ تَفَرُّقٍ الْوَلَدُ وَأَمُّهُ ، وَبَيْنَ الْإِخْوَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ نَصْرُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ ، وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ .

رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ نَصْرُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ ، وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ .

Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever causes separation is not (one of us)." He said: The most severe separation is (between) a child and its mother, and between brothers.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator Nasr bin Tarif, who is a kadhdhab (liar). It will come in the Book of Manumission, if Allah Almighty wills.
