Sayyiduna Ubayd bin Nadlah al-Khuza'i (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man slaughtered a camel, and another man bought a tenth of the meat from him in exchange for a hiqqah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was informed of this, and he annulled that sale. The narrator Abu Nu'aym says: Some of our companions narrated this from Sufyan, and he said in it: This would be with the condition of payment after a fixed term.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, and it is mursal.
