عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْهِرُّ سَبُعٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ غَيْرُهُ .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثٌ تَرَاهُ قَبْلَ هَذَا .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ : الْوُضُوءُ بِفَضْلِهَا ، وَأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِنَجِسٍ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .

وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثٌ تَرَاهُ قَبْلَ هَذَا .
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ : الْوُضُوءُ بِفَضْلِهَا ، وَأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِنَجِسٍ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The cat is a beast of prey."
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Isa bin al-Musayyab, whom Abu Hatim declared thiqah (trustworthy), while others declared him da'if (weak). A hadith has already passed before this, which you have seen earlier. And it has already passed in the chapter on purification that ablution may be performed with the water left over by a cat, and that it is not impure. And Allah knows best.
