بَابُ كُلُّهُ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا النَّحْلَةَ " .
All of them are in the Fire except the bee

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " الذُّبَابُ كُلُّهُ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا النَّحْلَةَ " .
وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ قَتْلِهِنَّ ، وَعَنْ إِحْرَاقِ الطَّعَامِ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَالْكَبِيرِ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، رِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا ثِقَاتٌ كُلُّهُمْ . وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ فِي النَّهْيِ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجَرَادِ فِي بَابِ الْجَرَادِ .
وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ قَتْلِهِنَّ ، وَعَنْ إِحْرَاقِ الطَّعَامِ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَالْكَبِيرِ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، رِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا ثِقَاتٌ كُلُّهُمْ . وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ فِي النَّهْيِ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجَرَادِ فِي بَابِ الْجَرَادِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "All flies will be in Hellfire, except the honeybee, whose case is different." (The narrator says:) The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade killing them, and forbade burning food in the land of the enemy.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir with various chains, all the narrators of some of which are thiqat (trustworthy). Al-Bazzar recorded it in abridged form. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A hadith of Sayyiduna Abu Zuhayr (may Allah be pleased with him) has already passed, concerning the killing of locusts, and it passed in the chapter on locusts.
