بَابٌ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَحِيضُ قَبْلَ قَضَاءِ نُسُكِهَا .

عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَمِيرَانِ وَلَيْسَا بِأَمِيرَيْنِ : الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُجُّ مَعَ الْقَوْمِ فَتَحِيضُ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ; فَلَيْسَ لِأَصْحَابِهَا أَنْ يَنْفِرُوا حَتَّى يَسْتَأْمِرُوهَا ، وَالرَّجُلُ يَتْبَعُ الْجِنَازَةَ فَيُصَلِّي عَلَيْهَا لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْمِرَ أَهْلَ الْجِنَازَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَقَالَ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ مِنْ وَجْهٍ أَحْسَنَ مِنْ هَذَا .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two kinds of leaders who are not in reality leaders: a woman who goes for Hajj with some people and then gets her menses before performing the Tawaf al-Ziyarah of the House; her companions then have no right to depart without asking her permission; and a man who accompanies a funeral and offers the funeral prayer; he has no right to go back until he takes permission from the family of the deceased."
