Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5393

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among sacrificial animals, an emaciated or a one-eyed (animal) is not permissible for sacrifice; and beware of one whose ears have been cut off."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Ali bin Asim, who is da'if (weak).
