بَابٌ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْمُوسِرَةِ يَمْنَعُهَا زَوْجُهَا السَّفَرَ إِلَى الْحَجِّ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ لَهَا زَوْجٌ وَلَهَا مَالٌ ، وَلَا يَأْذَنُ لَهَا زَوْجُهَا فِي الْحَجِّ قَالَ : " لَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَنْطَلِقَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) has transmitted from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), concerning a woman who has a husband and has wealth, and whose husband does not permit her to perform Hajj, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That woman has no right to go without her husband's permission."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
