بَابُ أَيِّ يَوْمٍ يُسْتَحَبُّ السَّفَرُ .

وَعَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ يَبْعَثُ بَعْثًا إِلَّا يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَصْرٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَصْرٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey or dispatched an expedition, he did so on Thursday. (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: There is a hadith from him in the Sahih, without this restriction.
