وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ لَيْلَةٌ طَلْقَةٌ لَا حَارَّةٌ وَلَا بَارِدَةٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ سَلَمَةُ بْنُ وَهْرَامَ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Laylat al-Qadr is a moderate night, neither hot nor cold."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its chain contains Salamah bin Wahram. Imam Ibn Hibban (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared him thiqah (trustworthy), and there is criticism of him.
