بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَفْطَرَ عَلَى مُحَرَّمٍ .
One who breaks his fast with something unlawful

عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عُتَقَاءَ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ ; إِلَّا رَجُلٌ أَفْطَرَ عَلَى خَمْرٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ وَاسِطُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ مِنْ هَذَا فِي فَضْلِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ وَاسِطُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ مِنْ هَذَا فِي فَضْلِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every night of the month of Ramadan, some people are freed (from Hell) by Allah Almighty, except for the one who breaks his fast with wine; his case is different."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir. Its chain contains a narrator, Wasit bin al-Harith, and he is da'if (weak).
