Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4866

وَعَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَطَرٍ قَالَ : تَسَحَّرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قُمْنَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Amir bin Matar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We took the pre-dawn meal (suhur) with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then we got up for the prayer.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
